Hiya!

Here is a template below, explaining how to structure your event idea. Recreate some fan favourites from the past, or equally something new, let's see how creative we can get! We'll consider each post as a potential event on the server! After all, who doesn't love events! :)

If you like the event idea, upvote it - (y), if you dislike the idea, downvote it - (n).

I'll post an event example below also.

Event Name: Trivia Game
Estimated player limit: Unlimited
Format of winners: 1st
How the event works/ How to win: So I’m a bit of an old head but this one had to be one of my favorites where an event is called everyone warps to a trivia arena they have to pick sides for the answers they have it can be either 2 answers for example a Red and Green Side or 4 sides for 4 different answers so a Red, Blue, Green and Yellow Square for answers the person that lasts the longest on the questions wins the prize and gets to boast about how unbelievably big their brain is.
Any further notes: I know I don’t often show it but I have good ideas depends on y’all if you want them to come to power

Posting this here so new players can see <3

Event Name: PokeContest
Estimated player limit: 24
Format of winners:
1st, 2nd, 3rd, Participation.
How the event works/ How to win:
PokeContest is a game where judges call out a theme at the beginning of each round. When the round starts, they call a player forward one at a time. This player calls out a single Pokemon that best matches the current theme. If you pass, you move to the green square. If you fail, you move to red. Even if you move to red, you have a second chance to move on, but if you lose that, you're out. Game continues until one player remains. It's an oldie, but a goldie!
Any further notes:
Must be 2 - 3 judges to keep things fair. You aren't allowed to swap Pokemon out from your PC during the event.

Event Name: Owner Showdown
Estimated player limit:
30, or some other multiple of 3
Format of winners:
3 Teams, so prizes for the members of the Teams that came in 1st, 2nd, and Participation (3rd).
How the event works/ How to win:
An event, or ongoing events, in which the three owners have a friendly rivalry. Each owner can draft or randomly get assigned players on their team the day of the event, with maybe the helpers being split up to help create and lead their respective teams. The actual event(s) can be random minigames, pokemon tournaments, or the events that people have suggested above. While this could be a one-time event, I think it would be cool to have this as an ongoing rivalry. Every few weeks there could be team events in which prizes are given to the winning team and points are assigned to the winning owner (maybe a simple 3 pts to first place, 2 for second, 1 for third). In spawn or somewhere else, there can be a leaderboard with the owners' point totals, with the owner in first getting some honor (or the owner in last getting some punishment like an embarrassing prefix).
Any further notes:
Brad can be the ref or act as 4th owner.

Event Name: Safari Hunt
Estimated player limit: Unlimited(Thought might need multiple judges depending on how many play)
Format of winners:
1st, 2nd, 3rd, Participation.
How the event works/ How to win:
First you need a large area with like, maybe hidden spawners set to spawn slowly. It's not necessary, just an open area works fine, just spawners control what spawns. Anyway, with everyone together in this area, the game can begin. You have a set amount of time of 30 or so minutes to catch a Pokemon to earn the most points. Points are earned based on the caught Pokemon's Size, IVs, Nature, Gender(If rare gender). Of course what you're looking for changes each round. A specific size could be wanted one time and then a different one the next. The catch is you're only allowed to submit one Pokemon for judging. At the end of 30 minutes, the game is over and judges go over each player's chosen Pokemon and tally the points. When all the points are put together, whoever has the most points wins.
Any further notes:
Players get to keep whatever Pokemon they catch if they choose. :)

Got another... xD

Event Name: Falling Floors
Estimated player limit: Undecided. Maybe 32?
Format of winners:
1st, Participation.
How the event works/ How to win:
Everyone stands on either a 2x2 Square or just a 1 block square(Depending on how the redstone is set up). Every round whoever is in charge uses a random number generator to select a number. From there, they use /vanish(Would have to be a Legend or Admin) and go around and click levers, making whatever numbers that were chosen fall into a tunnel to take them back to the event spawn. The event continues until only one player remains.
Any further notes:
There'd be a minimum of 10 rounds(More or less) to make sure more than one person has a chance to win

Oh look. Another one floats by!

This would be a Large build!

Event Name:
Door Corridor
Estimated player limit:
Unlimited
Format of winners:
Tbh, with how this event it set up, I'm not sure. I guess it's a ranked format.
How the event works/ How to win:
There's 6 doors, each leading into a different tunnel. They're like mazes in a way, but not connected. Each tunnel twists and turns until it eventually comes to an end. Players pick a door and run through. It could be the same door or different doors, it's however they choose, the choice is theirs's. Once all players have chosen their doors, they're opened. Players funnel into the tunnels and make their way to the end. Once at the end, two of the tunnels are a dead end, the ones at the dead end are out of the game and get a small prize. The other 4 tunnels lead to an open area where everyone meets up. From there, there's 4 doors. At the end of two of those tunnels are dead ends where more players are out and get a bit higher prizes. Finally two doors meet down to one dead end and one open room. Players in the open room/"end" get top prize while those at the dead end get a secondary prize.
Any further notes:
I'm willing to talk more about this project in DM on Discord if need be. It is a bit complicated. XD

Event Name: Water Drop
Estimated player limit: Unlimited
Format of winners: 1st, 2nd, Participation
How the event works/ How to win: Everyone is spawned inside of a room with a hole in the middle. They have a limited amount of time to drop though that hole which leads to a dropper they need to then fall into the water water. The Owners can add obstacles or a have less water every round.

Event Name: Pacman
Estimated player limit: Unlimited
Format of winners: Last player alive
How the event works/ How to win: 1 staff member is a ghost and gives the players a few minutes to roam around a small map with obstacles. When the staff member finds or hits a player they are out. The last player alive wins the prize. The person who is the ghost should get a few abilities so its not difficult to find the players (like speed or an ability to make players glow for 1 second).
Any further notes: This game would probably go by fast, so I recommend having lots of rounds but have the prizes not be as great as other events. Thanks! :)

Event Name: Pokémon Tournament
Estimated player limit: Small (8 Players) / Large (16 Players)
Format of winners:
1st, 2nd, Semi Final, Participation
How the event works/ How to win:
Kind of self-explanatory. An old fashioned Pokémon Battle tournament. Each player brings in a team and must beat all other competitors. Built-in clauses can be used to control rules, and if possible, disabling the use of /pc inside a certain area to force players to choose their teams before the tournament starts (mayhaps have a prep room, and then the actual battle arena that disables /pc, /home, etc. to enforce teams).
Any further notes:
This could be hard to mediate, but far easier than in previous years, especially with the Owners (or Non-Owner event head, if possible/applicable) having access to /spectate. However, this could be a very long event, especially with 16 players. Shortening is possible if two battles were held at a time, but would be harder to watch for funny-business.

This one's kinda... I'm not sure how it'd work. It'd likely require a bit more moderation, but I thought it might be fun to try. Highly doubt it'll be excepted, but gotta post this idea. XD

Event Name: Pumpkaboo's Hide and Seek

Estimated player limit: 24. Any more might be too much. You can also split people in half and have two rounds. One with one half, another with the other half.

Format of winners:
1st Place. Maybe Participation? But maybe something small like Rare Candies.

How the event works/ How to win:
Here's where it get's iffy. Everyone who joins in the Event needs to be given a temporary /PokeDisguise. So before the event starts when the 24 players are present in the room, they line up and are given a random PokeDisguise. They are told over /msg what they have. Once the game starts, everyone turns into the Pokemon and runs into a town-like build(It can be small, large, etc.) where there's Poke Statues placed around. The goal is to blend in with the Statues and hide. Or just find a good spot to hide.
PVP is turned ON the for this event. Or just find a way where if they get smacked, they get sent into a holding room. After the event is over, the PokeDisguise is removed.

Any further notes:
I wouldn't be surprised if it gets denied and I really don't expect to see this event. I just thought it'd be fun and unique to try. If any of the higher ups, or even players want to question me about the event, just hit me a DM. c:

Event Name: Snow Lucky
Estimated player limit: 10
Format of winners: N/A
How the event works/ How to win: Basically, give the players a few snowballs, and they're put into an arena similar to the crane game one, except they're standing closer to the ground, and some obstacles and stuff show up and they throw the snowballs, using q, not right click, to touch an item that's on the ground or up on a ledge or something and they have a limited amount of time to get as many things as they can, with lower tier items at the bottom, such as pokeballs and vote keys, and then up on the ledges and stuff would be better items, like legend keys and master balls or something.
Any further notes: I thought of this in the middle of the night, which we all know is prime idea time. Um, I could probably explain it better in VC but yeah haha it's basically skiball combined with bowling i guess?

Event Name: Deathrun
Estimated player limit: 30?
Format of winners: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, participation
How the event works: Players make their way through a series of obstacles that can be changed/removed by the owners behind a glass area, several checkpoints are made through-out the course. The general idea is to outsmart the owners, so that you can pass each obstacle, if you fail an obstacle, you go back to the nearest checkpoint.
Any further notes: Deathrun is pretty self explanatory and most people should know what it is and how it works :p

Event Name: Tour de Node
Estimated player limit: 30
Format of winners: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
How the event works/ How to win: Each person has a bike and attempts to race around the track. Your aim is to maneuver the track faster than anyone else. First 3 to finish place.
Any further notes: Could be multiple laps, but would require a large enough course.

Event Name: Hide and Seek
Estimated player limit: 20+ (depends on the size of the map)
Format of winners: 1st, 2nd, 3rd (or just last one left)
How the event works/ How to win: Basically it's hide and seek, the players will hide and a staff member or members will come to find and kill us (murder is fun!) until there is only one hider left. Alternatively you can have some players be the seeker instead of staff (but them there may be a problem of people teaming up). As for the map it would be played on, I feel like the maps from the survival games would be good (although they may need to be made a bit smaller).

Any further notes: Flying for the seekers should be disabled, however they should have insane strength to ensure they kill and some speed (nothing too crazy) to help hunt us down. Also the seekers should play in F1 so they can't see names (holding the crouch button can be painful after a while lol (also turn off players on the mini map)). Perhaps give the seeker a powerful bow with limited arrows to get those that are in extremely difficult spots at some point. One more thing, at some point the seeker should get a compass that points to the nearest player (not sure if that's possible, but that would make it so the game doesn't last an eternity).

Event Name: Block Party
Estimated player limit: 80
Format of winners: Shiny Key, 10k and 500 tokens. Reward key and 2.5k for Participation.
How the event works/ How to win: How the event works is basically a color text of a block is displayed and all copies of that block will disappear with lava underneath. Last man standing wins the same rewards from spleef/dropper
Any further notes: Basically just Dropper but with Colors to give some more variety. Very good idea to add onto spleef day instead of doing both spleef and dropper, we could do just Spleef for the 1st round and Block party for the 2nd round.
